To prepare 1 oat pancake you will need:
- Egg - 1 pc .;
- Milk 2.5% fat - 4 tbsp. spoons (can be replaced with skimmed milk, kefir or drinking yoghurt);
- Oatmeal - 3 tbsp. spoons with a slide;
- Salt (not necessary);
Tools and utensils:
- Blender or mixer (It is better to use a blender, especially if the oatmeal is large. So damn get especially airy and soft);
- Non-stick pan or cast iron pan (in this case, you need some oil).
Step-by-step recipe:
- First of all, put the pan on the stove over medium heat.
- While the pan is heated, mix the milk, eggs and oatmeal using a blender or mixer. If desired, add a pinch of salt.
- Pour the dough on a preheated pan and fry the pancake until golden brown for about 2 minutes on one side, and then another couple of minutes on the other. Voila! Ovsyanoblin ready!

- Soda - 1 tsp;
- Yogurt (thick) - 1 cup.
- You can use drinking yoghurt, milk or kefir, but in this case you need to add a little more oatmeal (not more than ½ cup).
Optionally, you can add:
- Salt - pinch (to taste);
- Honey or sugar - 1 tbsp. spoon (optional);
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp;
- Vanillin - 1 tsp;
- Butter or vegetable oil for frying (so pancakes get even tastier, but not so dietary).
Tools and utensils:
- Blender or mixer (It is better to use a blender, especially if the oatmeal is large.So damn get especially airy and soft);

Step-by-step recipe:
- Mix all ingredients with a blender.
- Pour about 1/3 cup into a well heated non-stick griddle to make the first pancake.
- Fry one side of the pancake for about 1-2 minutes (until it is browned and the surface is no longer liquid). Then flip the pancake to cook the other side.
- Continue to fry the pancakes until the dough runs out.
- Add any toppings and fillings to your taste and serve immediately to the table.
